Configuring a CTI Mini-Max for 115 Volt operation ONLY Diagrams Index Configuring 230 volt pump, blower, O3

The CTI Mini-Max and Digital Signetic Spa controls are designed to work with either 230 or 115 volt power. The following shows how to convert the control from 230 volt power to 115 volt power only.

115 volt spa pack conversion Configruation:
Unplug the small transformer "BLUE" wire from the "transformer connection on the circuit board. Cut the quick disconnect connector off of this blue wire, then strip this blue wire about 1/2". Insert the end into the Line 2 section of the power connector block on the circuit board.

Connect the "BLACK" incoming power wire (from the house) to Line 2 in the circuit power connector, the same connector that has the transformer blue wire in it.from the household power line.

Then connect the "WHITE" wire from the household power to the Neutral connector on the circuit board. Don't tighten it down yet.

Finally, install a jumper wire from the Neutral connector on the board to L1 on the circuit board.
Finally, tighten down all three power connectors, and be real sure that none of them will pull out. Be sure that you have an adequate ground connection to the "GROUND" bus in the spa pack.
Ozone Connection
This is only necessary if you have an ozonator on your spa. Simply remove the red ozone power wire, (the fused wire), and attach it to the right side heater terminal. Be careful when loosening or tightening the heater terminal. Don't allow it to twist.
